 "Make a Scarf/Give a Scarf!" Make a fleece scarf for yourself and one for Tri-Lakes Cares as part of our Teen Advisory Board's winter clothing drive. Have snacks and talk with your friends while doing something nice for your community. Ages 12 and up. Registration recommended on-line or at 488-2370.
