 It is hard to remember that our bodies are not only our presence and thoughts, but also a physical instrument. The way we nourish this instrument can greatly impact our risk for disease later on in life. By reducing inflammation, correcting our pH and gaining knowledge about healthy fats, we can set our bodies up for success as we age. In this presentation, we will discuss what physical conditions can create a welcome mat for disease and how to correct these conditions with reasonable dietary changes.
